The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to support the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Management Team.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide administrative support to the CEO and the Senior Management
Duties Include:
•        Manage the executive calendars and schedule meetings
•        Supervise the Administrative Assistant
•        Coordinate administrative and secretarial support for the executive staff
•        Complete Accounts Payable processes and Executive Office expense reports
•        Assist with and serve as the point person for agency contracts
•        Coordinate responses to and preparation for program audits
•        Compile and coordinate statistical information to produce reports
•        Assist with filing and agency record retention activities

Serve as a Project Manager for special projects
Duties Include:
•        Planning and coordinating presentations
•        Organizing company-wide events
•        Disseminating information on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer

•        High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required
•        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field, preferred

•        5 years of administrative experience in a non-profit setting, required
•        Previous experience working in an executive assistant function, preferred
•        Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint, required
