We are seeking bright, dynamic Bilingual Spanish Parent Partners for our Wraparound Departments in Culver City, View Park and Van Nuys, CA! Parent Partners provide family support and advocacy, helping to model communication skills, anger management, problem-solving and appropriate discipline, and they guide families through the intricacies of the service delivery system. Candidates must be able to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team, must have familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services and must have knowledge of community resources.
The Help Group's Wraparound Department is an innovative program designed to maintain at-risk children in their homes and avoid placement in institutions or other restrictive settings. Wraparound also assists families in acquiring the skills and resources they need to raise their children in safe, healthy and nurturing homes.

Minimum High School diploma
Bilingual in Spanish required
Must be a parent
Must be a past consumer of county-related or similar services, successfully transitioned to self-sufficiency
Qualifying candidate will have had personal experience of interacting with the system, such as DCFS, DMH or Probation, either themselves or with youth under their care
Candidate must have basic typing and computer skills
Must have CA Driver License, 3 years driving history and a clean driving record!
