Ettie Lee Youth and Family Services has been providing caring, quality services for at-risk children, youth and their families in Southern California since 1953.
We are looking for a caring, quality Mental Health Worker/TBS Coach to join our team to provide field based Therapeutic Behavioral Services for at-risk children, youth and their families.

•        Experience providing direct services for at-risk children and youth
•        Able to work flexible hours based on client need, including after hours
•        Valid California Driver's License, good driving record required and current auto insurance
•        Able to receive FBI/DOJ/CAI Criminal Clearance
•        Able to pass physical exam, including drug screen
•        Ability to perform in a field-based environment
•        Ability to master DMH documentation and complete timely
•        Ability to embrace the Shared Core Practice Model, including Trauma Informed/Capable and Culturally Sensitive/Capable service delivery, as well as collaborative ‘teaming’
•        Ability to embrace a “Whatever it takes” program philosophy
•        One Year+ Experience working with children, youth and their families
•        Experience with DMH documentation
•        Knowledge of and Experience with Functional Assessment/Analysis and DBT
•        Knowledge of and Experience with the Shared Core Practice Model
•        Knowledge of and Experience with Trauma Informed/Capable treatment
•        Knowledge of and Experience with Culturally Sensitive/Capable treatment
•        Sense of Humor about life and self
