The Intensive Services Adult FSP Clinical Supervisor supervises clinical staff and the support staff who may include Community Workers, Case Managers, or nurses depending on the make of the teams, in the Intensive Community Based Services. The population that the program serves consists of adults with a history of several hospitalizations in less than a year, homeless or about to become homeless, and incarcerated adults ready to be released.
The Intensive Services Adult FSP Clinical Supervisor ensures that the treatment provided is consistent with Penny Lane and Intensive Services Adult FSP philosophies and meets the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and other requirements as defined by L.A. County Department of Mental Health. The Intensive Services Adult FSP Clinical Supervisor is accountable for staff development and performance improvement, and for promoting appropriate and effective care through established monitoring systems and professional staff growth.
The IS Adult FSP Clinical Supervisor must have the ability to interact professionally with other disciplines and staff at Penny Lane and within the community. This ideal candidate for this position will be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and be able to problem solve effectively. They must have advanced working knowledge of behavioral health related to the psychiatric field, community resources development, family, individual and group therapy, Substance Use Disorders, and developmental diagnosis. They must have knowledge of crisis management skills and ability to perform such skills as necessary. They must be able to collaborate and work as part of a team.

•License - one of the following: Ph.D., Psy.D., L.C.S.W., or LM.F.T.
A minimum of two years, post licensure, in the behavioral health field working with children, adolescents and families.
Some supervisory experience preferred.
$69,000 up to $79,629 per year
