The PFF Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to the Partnerships for Families (PFF) staff members that are providing direct services to PFF clients. This includes, however may not be limited to, In Home Therapists (IHT). PFF CS approves and facilitates Service Planning Conferences for PFF cases in collaboration with staff and client. CS works with IHT to review all assessments including AAPI, FAF, PHQ9, GAD7 and Edinburgh when appropriate. CS and IHT will assure PFF clients willingness to participate in all offered services and explore with client their strengths and challenges. CS is to ensure the growth and positive movement of all PFF families and support IHT in providing services to families that help them to reach their goals.
The PFF Clinical Supervisor provides ongoing training to all PFF staff to ensure that staff function at the highest level in offering the highest level of services to all families. PFF CS works with the Project Manager to ensure that all contract goals are met and PFF maintains an approved budget, working in conjunction with Regional Director.
•Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited or State approved graduate school in Social Work (MSW) or a related field of study.
•Must be a State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or have a Clinical Psychology Degree with a license as a Marriage, Family Therapist (LMFT).
•Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience providing services to inner city families from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
•Must have a demonstrated management, supervisory and program development skills.
•Education and experience regarding 0-5 population and perinatal mental health is beneficial.
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
•Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
Location: Lancaster, CA
Salary Range: $75,000 up to $85,629 per year
Additional $5,000 per year bilingual spanish differential.
