To provide direct supervision of the residents
To serve as a role model in the guidance, direction, teaching and behavior support and intervention of the residents

Position Location: North Hills, CA

Position Shifts available: Wednesday-Saturday; Wednesday-Saturday Overnight;Sunday Through Wednesday Overnight

Salary Range: $16.10 up to $19.95 per hour
additional 10% overnight shift differential

•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or higher.
•Or less than a B.A. degree and 4 years full time paid experience working with adolescents in a group home, residential, juvenile hall or mental health setting.
•Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours
