Description
Center for Human Development Inc. is seeking full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisors to provide direct clinical supervision of designated services in one or more health service areas. Work under the general supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health. Supervises clinical staff working towards LPC or LCSW licensure and provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor will work with the Administrative Council to ensure the quality of clinical services delivered by CHD behavioral health staff.

Skills
Holds employees accountable for performance measures including, but not limited to, productivity, timely documentation of clinical services, compliance with Medicaid and other regulatory and funding authorities, etc.
Licensure LCSW preferred. 2 years of licensure as LCSW or LPC preferred.
Three years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/ health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting preferred.
