The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino was organized in 1941 and to date is the largest provider of affordable housing in the County. We are currently looking for a HOUSING SERVICES SPECIALIST is a skilled caseworker, expected to process advanced calculations, address discrepancy reporting and processes, resolve client complaints and back-up the unit supervisor as necessary. Incumbents will manage an assigned caseload and may be assigned caseloads of a variety of specialized housing programs, requiring thorough understanding of Housing Authority policies, HUD regulations, and case management principles and procedures.

Skills
High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred. Equivalent of three (3) years directly related experience preferably in a housing organization or social service agency. Bilingual preferred.

Notes
Salary: $25.82 - $34.86 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Regular Full time position: 9/80 work schedule
