Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician assisting in the preventive maintenance of three buildings co-located at 105 Carlton Avenue, ensuring the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our premises.
Duties include:
* Daily cleaning of all bathrooms, walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors, and communal spaces; including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
* Performing periodical deep cleaning using agency approved sanitary products.
* Installation of minor appliances and equipment.
* Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, and light plastering of gaps on walls.
* Garbage removal, recycling, and disposal.
* Stripping, waxing, and buffing of floors.
* Organizing maintenance supplies and tools.
* Performing routine groundskeeping—watering and tidying of flowerbeds, clearing of weeds, leaves, and trimming of shrubs in 105 Carlton’s outdoor areas and façade.
* Clearing and removal of snow from all ground areas including the agency’s parking lot and agency cars.
* Updating a daily cleaning chart indicating work completion.
