Key Responsibilities:
-Facilitate sessions, including but not limited to outreach/engagement activities, group, individual, and family sessions, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals.
-Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the appropriate level of care, treatment, and discharge plans.
-Participate in diagnostic and treatment plan development in consultation with the Clinical Supervisor, as needed.
-Coordinate care and case management for the designated caseload, including completing ongoing reporting, outreach, referrals, and dialogue with professionals working with the caseload.
-Participate in team meetings, individual/group supervisions, community coalition meetings, and identified training opportunities.
-Fiscal Management: attendance management, census administration, case retention, family support, fee collection, and outreach presentations.
-Conduct urine and saliva toxicology screens.
-Maintain superior Quality Assurance & Program Quality: contract and regulatory compliance, adherence to clinical standards and best practices, and timely, comprehensive completion of all related documentation.
-In the absence of on-site supervisors, will serve as a Manager on Duty (MOD) when requested/approved.
-When appropriate, serve as the Task Supervisor to interns/volunteers.
-In the absence of colleagues, will serve as an alternate clinician for clients.
-Other duties as assigned.
