Description
Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required. Supervisory experience required.

Mary’s Path is a nonprofit organization providing residential care, mental health support, and life skills development for pregnant and parenting youth in the foster care system. We operate a licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) designed specifically for young mothers and their children who require a safe, structured, and clinically supported environment.

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run program that supports both residents and staff. The position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance compassion with structure in a highly regulated setting.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and county requirements, supporting and holding staff accountable to performance expectations, and maintaining appropriate staffing coverage and ratios. The role also partners closely with mental health and leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents and their children.

This is a salaried leadership role that requires flexibility and ownership. The individual in this position is expected to respond to program needs, support staff, and ensure continuity of operations as issues arise.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable addressing performance issues directly. Strong supervisory skills are critical. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex environment that requires consistency, follow-through, and clear communication.
