We’re hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you’ll use the evidence-based FCT model to help at-risk families build positive behavioral patterns, strengthen relationships, and prevent out-of-home placements. As an FCT Clinician, you’ll provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and community resource coordination to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.
Responsibilities
Provide family-centered therapy and support using the FCT model
Conduct trauma treatment, interventions, and skills-based training for youth and families
Facilitate family engagement and collaboration throughout treatment
Coordinate community resources and wraparound services
Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and FCT standards
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training for FCT certification
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in a Human Services field
Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LCSWA, LP, or LP-A)
Must complete official FCT certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCT Foundation) within 12 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing in-home or community-based therapy
Knowledge of trauma-informed and family-systems approaches
Strong communication and crisis intervention skills
