Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our counseling team in Indiana, PA. This full?time role offers competitive pay, flexible evenings (2 nights per week until 6 or 7 pm), and a transition to a billable/non?billable compensation model based on performance and experience.
As a Licensed Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy, maintain client caseloads, and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. You will engage with clients and families in building therapeutic relationships and delivering care that aligns with Clarvida’s person?centered, trauma?informed care model.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to your caseload
Complete required clinical documentation promptly and accurately
Work evenings twice weekly (until 6 or 7 pm) to accommodate client needs
Transition to a billable/non?billable rate structure after initial onboarding period
Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peers, and support staff to ensure quality of care
