The Walk-In Clinic Therapist, under the supervision of the Regional Director or designee, provides clinical assessments and therapeutic services to adults, children, and families, with a primary focus on individuals referred through the crisis center.This role includes coordination of crisis supports, linkage to community resources, and facilitation of additional services as needed. The therapist may also provide case management services and is responsible for gathering and reporting required clinical and program data. This position plays a critical role in stabilizing individuals in crisis and ensuring continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic services to individuals and families
*Respond to walk-in and crisis-related referrals
*Coordinate, manage, and facilitate appropriate clinical and support services
*Link clients to crisis supports and ongoing community resources
*Provide case management services as needed
*Complete required documentation, data collection, and reporting
