Behavioral Consultant – ABA ServicesPay Rate: $43/hour
*Part-Time: up to 29 hours per week
*15-20 but can build up to a full-time caseload quickly if wanted
About the Role
As a Behavioral Consultant, you will provide direct care and clinical oversight for clients ages 2–21, supporting individuals and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. In collaboration with clients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary service providers, you will assess behavior, identify target goals, and develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) aligned with clinical recommendations from a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
Treatment planning focuses on identifying and building upon each client’s child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths, while addressing areas for growth through ongoing preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and rehabilitative interventions.
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct client assessments and behavioral observations
*Identify and monitor target behaviors
*Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
*Collaborate with families, caregivers, and service providers
*Ensure ABA services align with prescribed clinical treatment plans
*Provide guidance and oversight related to behavioral interventions
