Behavioral Analyst (ABA Services)Pay Rate: $58/hour

About the Role
As a Behavioral Analyst, you will provide both direct care and clinical oversight for clients ages 2–21 receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You will conduct client assessments, observe behavior to identify target goals, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary service providers.
You will develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) that emphasize each client’s child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths, while identifying opportunities for growth. Interventions are implemented through ongoing preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and rehabilitative activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP.
Required Qualifications
*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
*Active Pennsylvania license, if applicable, in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, behavior analysis, or as a certified registered nurse practitioner
Does the Following Apply to You?
*Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances
*Licensed in Pennsylvania as one of the following:
*Psychologist
*Professional Counselor
*Marriage and Family Therapist
*Clinical Social Worker or Social Worker
*Behavior Specialist
*Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
*Or another professional whose scope of practice includes oversight of ABA services
BCBA certification required
Leadership or supervision experience preferred (not required)
