Pre-Licensed Therapist (Outpatient) – Ridgecrest, CA
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Pay Range: $33–$36/hour | Full Benefits

Clarvida is seeking a purpose-driven and innovative Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Ridgecrest, CA. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services that promote client independence, recovery, and family empowerment.

About the Role

The Pre-Licensed Therapist delivers individual, group, and family counseling services to adults and children with serious and persistent mental illness and functional impairments. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team that includes therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, substance use counselors, and recovery coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

*Provide individual, group, and family therapy

*Deliver crisis intervention and therapeutic consultations

*Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and program development

*Conduct clinical assessments, counseling sessions, and therapeutic interviews

*Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards

*Support client educational, vocational, and recovery goals

*Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries

*Meet monthly productivity expectations (100 hours or as determined by supervisor)

*Provide community outreach, education, and coordination of services as needed

*May transport clients using a personal vehicle and participate in on-call/after-hours coverage

Education & Qualifications

*Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

*Registered as an AMFT, APCC, or ACSW in California

*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health (inpatient or outpatient)

*Strong clinical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

*Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and proof of education required

Intermediate computer skills
