Description
Summary: The Supervisor oversees programs within the Refugee Resettlement Department to expand service provision and promote inclusivity. This role manages the Intensive Case Management and Refugee Health Promotion programs, serving ORR-eligible populations including refugees, asylees, parolees, Special Immigrant Visa holders, Cuban/Haitian entrants, and victims of human trafficking. The Supervisor also leads special projects, mental health initiatives, MSW internship supervision, and related program efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervision and Staff Development •Directly supervise case management and mental health staff across multiple programs. •Provide SIFI supervision to MSW interns, ensuring quality training and collaborative internship planning. •Hold staff accountable for program deliverables, compliance, and performance standards. •Promote trauma-informed, strengths-based supervision, equipping staff with tools to meet goals and monitor progress. •Coordinate crisis intervention education and resources to address complex client needs, including mental health crises and domestic violence. •Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive, coordinated services; carry a small caseload as needed for training and support. Program Oversight and Development •Manage initiatives serving ORR-eligible and other vulnerable immigrant populations. •Design, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programming across state, federal, and private contracts. •Contribute to program planning, proposal development, and expansion of services, with emphasis on mental health and interdepartmental collaboration. •Lead program-related meetings, staff development activities, and case conferences. Partnerships and Community Engagement •Build and strengthen partnerships with referral organizations and service providers to enhance client support. •Conduct outreach within immigrant communities to increase program participation and track engagement. •Deliver presentations and training on trauma-informed care for partners and providers. •Foster collaborative relationships with organizations in mental health, social services, domestic violence, and healthcare. •Identify service gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to advocate for solutions. •Represent CCCS at community events, media engagements, and funder meetings. Reporting and Administration •Ensure timely submission of program and client reports, contract deliverables, and documentation. •Maintain compliance with funder requirements and conduct internal case reviews. •Communicate with funders and partners on programmatic and contractual matters. •Manage program rosters, case note systems, and files across internal and external databases.Education and/or experience required: MSW & Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) Certification. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the human services field, preferably with immigrants or refugees. Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff and/or MSW interns

Skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Skilled in meeting deadlines and managing high-volume communication with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database systems. Trauma-informed supervision experience; knowledge of immigration advocacy issues preferred. Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

Notes
Fluency in English and Spanish or another refugee-population language. Position & Hours: Full-time, primarily Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, with occasional evenings/weekends. Travel required within NYC and Lower Hudson Valley. Working Conditions: Regular travel; ability to navigate streets, stairs, and outdoor conditions.
