The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino was organized in 1941 and to date is the largest provider of affordable housing in the County. We are currently looking for a HOUSING SERVICES SPECIALIST FLOATER is a skilled caseworker, expected to process advanced calculations, address discrepancy reporting and processes, resolve client complaints and back-up the unit supervisor as necessary. Incumbents will manage an assigned caseload and may be assigned caseloads of a variety of specialized housing programs, requiring thorough understanding of Housing Authority policies, HUD regulations, and case management principles and procedures. This position is a floating position and will work out of Upland, San Bernardino and Victorville. Work location will vary depending on department needs.

Skills
High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred. Equivalent of three (3) years directly related experience preferably in a housing organization or social service agency. Bilingual preferred. Must be willing to travel to offices in Victorville, San Bernardino and Upland.

Notes
Salary: $25.82 - $34.86 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Regular Full time position: 9/80 work schedule
