Are you a licensed Ph.D. with a passion for supporting children and families? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and inspire a dedicated clinical team in Montefiore/ UBA’s Clinical Support Program (CSP). The Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of clinicians who provide assessments and consultations to families referred by our partners at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in the Bronx, particularly to determine client needs related to mental health, substance use, and intimate partner violence. What You’ll Do
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide both clinical and administrative oversight to your site’s team, ensuring that every child and family receives the highest quality of support. Your responsibilities will include:
•        Leadership & Supervision: Train and onboard new Clinical Support Program (CSP) staff, and provide weekly individual and group supervision to your team. You will also provide clinical support and coverage as needed.
•        Quality Assurance: Review clinical reports, track key deliverables, and ensure services are timely, accurate, and impactful.
•        Collaboration & Liaison: Serve as the direct point of contact for ACS borough office staff, attend Child Safety Conferences, and provide expert clinical input at field office meetings.
•        Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for ACS staff

What We’re Looking For
•        Ph.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology & NYS Licensed (preferred) or Masters in Social Work with an LCSW/LMHC License in NYS
•        5+ years of direct service and/or supervisory experience, ideally within the child welfare system
•        Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
•        A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams and agencies
•        Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice
