The County of San Diego, California, is seeking a seasoned and adaptable leader to serve as its next Director of Self-Sufficiency Services. The Director oversees an Assistant Director, six Deputy Directors, approximately 2,700 staff, and a budget of more than $649 million. This department oversees 12 Family Resource Centers, Policy Support, Service Delivery, the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs, the Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs, mobile operations, and other critical operational areas that ensure accessible, equitable, and effective services throughout the region. Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $245,000 – $250,000 DOE/DOQ, PLUS an attractive benefits package.
