RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Conduct pre-admission sessions to complete psychosocial assessments, determine eligibility, and establish diagnoses.
•        Provide individual, family, and couples therapy to children, adults, and families.
•        Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each client.
•        Complete progress notes and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
•        Maintain appropriate case records, statistical reports, and other required documentation.
•        Collaborate with psychiatrists, family members, school staff, and community providers to coordinate client care.
•        Develop discharge and aftercare plans and make referrals to appropriate agencies as needed.
•        Participate in ongoing training, staff conferences, and team meetings.
•        Attend clinical supervision (required).
•        Engage in self-reflection and active learning throughout the supervisory process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Must have an active New York State LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT. Limited permits are welcome to apply.
•        1-3 years of experience providing therapy to children and/or adults.
•        Experience with assessment, diagnosis, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
•        Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment approaches.
•        Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•        Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
•        Ability to assess crisis situations and implement appropriate interventions.
•        Must pass a background check.

OFFICE OPERATIONAL HOURS:
•        Mondays - Fridays: 9 AM to 9 PM
•        Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM
•        Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Schedule:
•        Choose your own hours
•        Day shift
•        Evening shift
•        Monday to Friday
•        Weekends as needed
