ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Program Director overseeing our Monterey County Crisis Programs, you will be at the helm of essential services that provide immediate, high-quality care to youth and families in crisis. Your leadership will ensure that our Mobile Response Team, Crisis Stabilization Unit, and Crisis Residential Services operate smoothly, meet the needs of our clients, and adhere to our core values of strengths-based, family-focused care.

Responsibilities:
•Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to oversee the quality and operations of the Monterey County Crisis Programs (Mobile Response Team, Crisis Stabilization Unit, and Crisis Residential).
•Direct the delivery of high-quality client care grounded in Seneca's values, guided by the principles of Unconditional Care, and in adherence to relevant governing standards.
•Perform personnel functions for all staff, including overseeing hiring, professional development, supervision, evaluation, and termination.
•Provide direct supervision of program leadership team and other staff, as assigned.
•Provide leadership to the program staff team, cultivating a program culture that supports safety, engagement, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
•Cultivate effective partnerships with applicable county offices, school districts, law enforcement agencies, and other community providers, and facilitate effective training for partners as requested.
•Plan and maintain the program budget and take action to ensure financial sustainability.
•Conduct outreach to the communities served and solicit feedback for ensuring successful program implementation.
•Manage and analyze in-depth outcomes data and services delivery effectiveness in order to inform service provision and maintain adherence to the service models.
•Develop and conduct agency-wide and community trainings relating to clinical and administrative topics.
Schedule
•Full-time, hybrid role.
•Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
•Some flexibility on evenings and weekends is required
