Description
Provide individual weekly therapy
One group therapy session a week
Participate in Treatment Team meetings
Write the treatment plans
Participate in intake interviews
Provide clinical consultation to group home staff
Put all clinical documentation in EHR weekly
Manage Youth Clinical Records
Coordinate with DSS and Families

Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Diagnostic impressions experience
Technology Savvy
|
Notes
Must have an active LMSW or LCSW-C
