Description
The Supervisor of the Senior Services provides clinical and administrative leadership to a team of 3 social workers and often
graduate social work interns providing support, information and referrals, advocacy, groups and workshops for individuals 65+, their
families and caregivers. Through a clinical case management model, the goal of the program is to provide support to our aging
community as they navigate the social, physical and emotional changes that occur as they navigate this life stage. The Supervisor
also works collaboratively with our Activities and Social program to identify relevant themes for program development and in
addition works collaboratively with their colleagues in the west coast to develop nationally programs to engage and support seniors.

Skills
Masters Degree from an accredited School of social work, State Licensure, LCSW
• Minimum of 6 years post –MSW with experience in providing services to an aging population, familiarity with all
related benefit programs as well as supervision experience
