We are looking for 2 Supervisors to each lead one of our crisis programs. Our available Supervisor positions are for the Crisis Stabilization and Mobile Crisis Response programs. As a trusted behavioral health organization committed to providing care in the community since 1955, we offer an array of comprehensive services for youth, adolescents, and adults. Our Crisis Residential and Crisis Stabilization Programs provide crisis intervention, short-term treatment, and therapeutic support services for adults (18+) who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis and do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Our Mobile Crisis Response team is an itinerant intervention brigade responding to the location of the individual seeking to, achieve crisis symptom reduction & stabilization, establish support for the individual's caregivers when applicable, and mitigate the crisis event.

Job Scope: Lead a diverse team of clinicians providing mental health and crisis de-escalation services in a collaborative and fast paced community setting. Engage clients in crisis intervention, rehabilitative groups, and Integrated Assessment and Treatment Planning (IATP), aimed at increasing clients’ ability to function independently in the community.

Primary Responsibilities
•Leads and oversees the daily operations of the Crisis Stabilization Program or Mobile Crisis Response Program
•Provides daily leadership/clinical consultation and supervision/evaluation to Masters, Bachelor, and other clinicians to ensure operations run smoothly and that program development is responsive to individual and community needs. Hire and train new employees.
•Ensuring the crisis stabilization program census is at full capacity.
•Provides a full range of clinical crisis services including IATP, crisis intervention, case management, consultation, rehabilitative groups, discharge planning and referral/linkage services
•Ensures documentation and reporting requirements for programs are being met
•Evaluates individuals for appropriate services and make all necessary referrals, both inside and outside the agency. Manages referrals and relationships with referral sources.
•Completes admissions to and discharges and all other pertinent documentation related to admission & discharge of clients
•Participates in agency committees
•Provides clinical consult and coverage support to teams as needed
•Provides accurate, quality documentation within a maximum of 48 hours after service delivery

Schedule
•Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (40 hours a week).
•Must be willing work a flexible schedule in response to the needs of the target population served, including evening and weekend hours as needed for coverage and supervisory activities.

Skills
Master’s degree in Human Service field and must possess a Clinical License (LCSW or LCPC) – a person who has a lower license (LSW or LPC) with ability to test for the higher license may be considered
