Description
REACH is recruiting for a licensed clinical psychologist for its Trauma Recovery Center. The incumbent will serve in a leadership role as a senior clinician and provide trauma-informed assessment, psychotherapy, and assertive case management services to survivors of violent crime. The incumbent will also provide clinical supervision, consultation and training to staff and trainees on trauma-informed evidence-based interventions. The incumbent will also be involved in program development and in-service trainings. REACH would consider filling this position as either a full-time or part-time employee.

Skills
Required:
Possession of a valid license in Psychology issued by the California Board of Psychology.
Experience working with trauma survivors with complex trauma from a variety of underserved populations.
Experience providing short-term, trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy.
Experience doing case management.
Preferred:
At least 3 years post licensing.
Experience working with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Experience doing outreach and home visits.
Bilingual Spanish.
