Description
As a Residential Counselor/Direct Support Professional you will be providing direct care for adults with developmental disabilities. Residential counselors strive to foster a home-like environment for residents and ensure they are receiving the best quality of life.Our Residential Services Program is committed to providing individualized, accessible, affordable housing for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through Villa’s various levels of support and assistance, individuals are reaching their greatest level of independence; living, working, playing and being active in their community.

Notes
Available work schedules:
Schedule #1: Fri, 2:00PM to 10:00PM, Sat & Sun 2:00PM to 8:00PM (20hrs/week)
Schedule #2: Fri 10:00PM - 6:00AM, Sat & Sun 2:00PM to 10:00PM (24hrs/week)Requirements:
-High school or equivalent
-Experience assisting special needs individuals; 1 year preferred.
-Driver’s License
-Pass a background fingerprinting clearance from DOJ/FBI Community Care Licensing/Dept. of Social Services
