Description
As a Skills Instructor/Skills Coach you will be assisting participants with employment and essential living skills. You will have the opportunity to work with participants and seek opportunities to teach, train, and encourage independence for performing living skills, while offering supervision to participants. Skills Instructors are expected to adhere with all safety standards, regulations and policies.Our Adult Day Program is designed to develop and maintain an individual's functional, cognitive, and behavioral skills required for successful integration in the community. ADP is an adult day program serving 18 years and older with developmental disabilities who no longer qualify for public school funding. Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30a - 3:30p (32.5 hours/week)

Notes
Requirements:
-Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License and have 3 years of verifiable driving history
-Must be willing to drive a company vehicle on a daily basis.
-High school diploma or GED
-Experience assisting special needs individuals; 1 year preferred.
-Final candidates must satisfactorily complete a fingerprinting clearance, physical & TB screenings.
