Description
Brain Injury Case Manager
The Brain Injury (BI) Case Manager works directly with individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, and other cognitive or physical challenges. The Case Manager will identify, locate, and provide clients with community support and resources to reintegrate, reconnect with their communities, and increase their independence. This position reports directly to a BI Supervisor unless otherwise specified.

Skills
Experience in Case Management preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required (Social work, mental health, or other human services); Master’s Degree preferred. Ability to achieve and maintain certification as a Brain Injury Specialist (within 1 year). Must have a valid Driver’s License, as well ensure vehicle is compliant with NC DMV standards. Ability to travel throughout the country and work in an office environment.
