Position Highlights:
Full Time Opportunity | 40 hours per week
Three days in office - 2 days virtual
Primary Care Clinic
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
No night, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities!
11 paid federal holidays per year
Opportunity to provide healthcare services to the Military and their Families

Position Requirements:                
Any active state LCSW license
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association 
Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited graduate school of social work
Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
Must have at least 3 years of experience (in the last four years) working as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker evaluating and treating patients 
Prior active duty experience OR experience working with military personnel or beneficiaries is preferred
Prior training or experience as a behavioral health provider integrated into a PCMH setting is preferred
