Description
Lead a diverse team of practitioners providing solution focused group and individual mental health counseling services in a collaborative community behavioral health setting. Use your skills to provide clinical supervision and consultation regarding care monitoring and special case reviews. Oversee and evaluate staff and operations of the Therapy program while fostering a positive team environment.

Primary Responsibilities
•Oversees and evaluates staff and operations of the Therapy program across three therapy offices
•Reviews, evaluates and documents job performance of above subordinate staff including monitoring of continuing education and Provides timely appraisals of supervisee’s clinical abilities with regard to strengths and areas of needed improvement
•Provides weekly and monthly clinical supervision to staff and manages therapy caseload reviews
•Provides consultation regarding care monitoring and special case reviews in the supervisory process
•Is responsible for clear and accurate records, as well as monthly statistical data for MCO billing produced by the program
•Acts as LPHA for the Therapy Program in reviewing and authorizing the Integrated Assessment and Treatment Planning (IATP) for all IATPs completed by therapists.
•Is responsible to ensure that programs are in compliance with Rule 132, Rule 140, Joint Commission and other relevant standards
•Is responsible to ensure that referrals into programs have insurance authorized or funding source available to cover services
•Provides orientation to new hires regarding Therapy program policies and procedures
•Is responsible for training and mentoring intern students until the completion of their program.

Schedule
•Monday – Friday, 8:00 am- 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility- 40 hours per week
•Must be willing work at our Hanover Landing and St Charles locations 1 day each per week

Skills
Education and Experience
•Master’s Degree in human services and a valid clinical License (LCPC or LCSW)
•Three years clinical experience and relevant supervisory experience required
•Valid driver’s license, automobile, insurance and a willingness to transport clients as necessary.   
•Be familiar with and employ time-limited therapy techniques
