Description
Provide living support for adults with developmental disabilities in their home and community. The position requires that our employees ensure the health and safety of the individuals they are supporting. In addition, employees engage the individuals that are serving to complete their living tasks and to work toward specific goals outlined in their service plans.

Skills
Support and instruct individuals with developmental disabilities in all areas of their lives. For example, household chores, shopping, meal preparation, behavior management, personal care, needs, social recreation, and exercise, etc.
