This Case Manager role requires:
- Handle a caseload of 20+ clients
- Working with families who are moving into scatter site housing.
- Experience with Vouchers.Home Visits Required: Must visit apartments with families, be comfortable using Mass Transit in the NYC area.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
THIS IS NOT A PART TIME ROLE
MUST HAVE A Bachelors Degree
Temp-to-Perm. $22hr and then salaried (aprox 50k) after 3 month probation period
