Description
For Children’s Sake of Virginia is hiring a full time Therapeutic Foster Care Case Manager to work in the Therapeutic Foster Care program. Case Managers will work directly with the foster youth in their current foster home placements, help support, guide and train all foster parents, and attend all meetings (court, school, county, etc.) associated with the foster youth in order to advocate for their needs, as well as provide the appropriate services to each client. All candidates must have experience working with children and families. Candidates should be extremely organized and have a strong ability to multitask. Must have a good driving record and be willing to work evening hours and travel throughout Northern VA. All candidates should have a Master’s degree in social work or a related field. Background checks and DMV driving records will need to be completed.
