What You'll Do: Be a part of the movement to bring mobile mental health and crisis intervention services directly to the community. With several contract cities in Orange County, the mobile response teams provide intervention, referrals, transportation, and support to those needing mental health, substance abuse, housing, and addiction treatment services. The mobile crisis response program helps improve outcomes for those in need while also supporting law enforcement and EMS so they can focus on calls where they are needed most urgently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
One year of experience in crisis intervention or delivery of mental health services in non-traditional settings.
CPR for healthcare professionals certified or able to ascertain certification.
Must pass a stringent criminal background check and driving record review, both conducted by the city’s police department.
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
Mind OC employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the first day of employment.
