Hope Therapeutic Services, LLC is a group practice dedicated to instilling hope in the lives of adolescents, children, couples, and families through the use of trauma focused evidence-based and holistic healing interventions.Our team consists of a diverse group of practitioners with our focus being trauma informed treatment. Our office is expanding, and we are seeking talented and motivated individuals to add to our In-community program. Currently we have openings for Intensive In-Community Therapists (IIC), Behavioral Assistants (BA), and Mentors.
Intensive In-Community Therapists (IIC):
To be considered for the IIC position, therapists must be fully licensed mental health professionals, having either an LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, or LMFT. Malpractice insurance is a requirement.
IIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Intensive In-Community (“Independent” Contractor) will serve high-risk children and families involved the Child System of Care (CSOC), Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) and/or Mobile Response to provide clinical services.
2. Intensive In-Community (“Independent” Contractor) provide services primarily in client homes. Travel to client homes and other locations.
3. Intensive In-Community (“Independent” Contractor will schedule sessions at times that are convenient for children and families, and when problems are likely to occur, including evenings and weekends
4. Intensive In-Community (“Independent” Contractor) will assess safety, structure the environment and use clinical strategies designed to promote safety.
5. Intensive In-Community (“Independent” Contractor) will provide a range of clinical, concrete and advocacy services to family members that are consistent with the family’s values, learning styles, lifestyle, circumstances and culture.
BA/MENTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Behavioral Assistant/Mentor will serve high-risk children and families involved the Child System of Care (CSOC), Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) and/or Mobile Response to provide behavioral assistance using positive behavioral principles.
2. Behavioral Assistant/Mentor provide services primarily in client homes. travel to client homes and other locations.
3. Behavioral Assistant/Mentor will schedule sessions at times that are convenient for children and families, and when problems are likely to occur, including evenings and weekends
4. Behavioral Assistant/Mentor will assess safety, structure the environment and use behavioral strategies designed to promote safety.
5. Behavioral Assistant/Mentor will provide a range of behavioral, concrete and advocacy services to family members that are consistent with the family’s values, learning styles, lifestyle, circumstances and culture.
