Child support specialists play a crucial role in ensuring that children receive the financial support they need from their parents. In general, performs progressively complex technical, legal and customer support duties related to the establishment, modification, and enforcement of court orders within the Child Support Unit of the Department of Human Services. Position uses State and County-based computer systems. Manages an assigned child support caseload or task-flow, which may include one or more of the following roles: intake, fiscal, establishment, modification, and enforcement.

We are seeking a child support specialist with a focus on paternity and child support establishment to join our team. As a child support specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with parents and custodians in establishing paternity and child support orders.
