The FFT Case Worker Interventionist provides treatment services for children and youth assigned to her/his caseload following the Functional Family Therapy practice. The FFT Therapist participates in all FFT training and consultations activities, program reviews, and markets the FFT to the community.Rising Ground

Responsibilities
Conduct assessment including review of referral information, identifying, and engaging key participants, identifying systemic risks and protective factors, and developing an analysis of the problem behaviors within the ecological context and model process.
Implement problem conceptualization, identify community-based resources to provide family specific intervention, monitor community-based intervention and outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the model's process.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with model Analytic Process and NYS Connection System requirements.
Provide home-based interventions.

The FFT Interventionist is responsible to the FFT Supervisor.
A minimum of two hours per week for individual, group supervision and Team meetings are required. Meetings are also conducted in a hybrid model, with some meetings in person at the Bronx office location, and others conducted remotely.
Qualifications:
The Interventionist will hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field that has professional licensure. The field includes, but is not limited to, the following disciplines: Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, and Psychology.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
this is a Hybrid role, annual salary $50,000.00
