Description
The Senior Program Director oversees homeless adult services at the Drop-In center, handles client emergencies and crises, and supervises staff. Manages day-to-day client needs and facility safety. Implements best practices for substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness programs. Reports to government agencies and ensures staff meetings record minutes. Prepares and tracks budgets, monitors expenses and revenues. Participates in external and internal professional activities.

Skills
Social Work Master's degree req., LMSW or LCSW preferred. Min 4 yrs exp. in homeless, substance abuse, mental health. 2 yrs admin/supervisory exp. & strong clinical skills. Req. exceptional oral/written communication, strong computer/fiscal skills for Sr. Program Director to handle internal/external regulatory agencies.
