Four Winds Hospital is seeking a full-time, experienced Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. 

Responsibilities include evaluating the medical /health needs of patients and completing nursing assessments, nursing care plans, providing urgent /emergent medical care, coordinating with primary care providers as needed, obtaining clinical information and arranging intake appointments, conducting educational and skills groups as assigned, maintaining prescribers daily medical log.

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing, currently licensed to practice as a registered professional nurse in the State of New York. Graduate nurses awaiting licensure will be able to practice under the supervision of a licensed RN.  Prior experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred.
