OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, the Family Facilitator II coordinates the development and implementation of individualized service plans (utilizing High Fidelity Wraparound model), and provides direct services to children and their families in order to maximize the involvement of all persons and the implementation of plans, and facilitates the integration, coordination and implementation of services.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work, Counseling or Psychology; and be licensed (or registered) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW (ACSW) or LMFT (MFTI) or a Bachelor’s degree and 4 FTE direct care experience in a mental health setting.

Students may be considered for employment as long as they are within 60 days of graduation with an applicable Master’s degree and are required to be registered with the BBSE by 90 days of graduation.

One year of direct practice experience working with seriously disturbed children, adolescents, and families, and experience in engaging parents as partners and working successfully with families from diverse ethnic and cultural groups is preferred.

Driving is an essential function of this job. As such, employees in this position will be required to furnish their own vehicle to be used in the course of employment. A valid driver’s license and minimum insurance coverage is also required. Must be at least 21 years old.
