Position: Family Therapist

Location/Setting: Crownsville, Maryland | Adolescent Residential Center 

Key Responsibilities: 
-Family Therapy, Education, and Support (will run family sessions and family support groups) 
-Full Clinical Team Collaboration and Support
-Experiential Activities and Client Support. Think hiking, yoga, gardening, etc.

Schedule: Full Time | Sunday to Thursday 

Compensation:  $69,000 - $88,000 Annual Salary (Based on License + Experience) + $3,000 Sign on Bonus

-Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active license in the state of Maryland is required
-Previous experience with substance use and mental health treatment is required; preferred experience with an outpatient residential setting.
