Description
Oversees program operations. Overall program responsibility is shared with the Program Director. Participates in administrative/management decisions, conducts clinical chart reviews and oversees clinicians’ compliance with contract mandates. Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and student interns. Ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner, this includes assessments, psychosocial assessments, care plans and progress notes. Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and student interns • Review and respond to subpoenas and record requests • Provide weekly supervision to all registered/waivered clinical staff and student trainees & a shared responsibility of conducting a 2 hr weekly group supervision for clinicians across both sites • Participate in the hiring and training of new staff • Conducts clinical chart reviews weekly • Maintain a small caseload to produce 16 hours per month of productivity • Assign referrals to appropriate clinician • Works directly with Office Manager and office staff as well as Data Analyst • Monitor Support Specialist & Case Manager activities and assign duties as needed • Completes special projects as assigned • Provide staff enrichment activities monthly • Provide regular trainings in collaboration with Program Director and other Supervisor related to crisis intervention and suicide prevention, current clinical trends, documentation standards and diagnosis- specific interventions • Completes, monitor and submits required reporting to include quality assurance reports and utilization reviews on program clients • Ensure program compliance with appropriate clinical and performance outcome measures • Maintain and ensures HIPAA, ethical standards and professional boundaries with all staff and clients • Monitor Direct Service Hour goal achievement and progress of Clinicians • Utilize electronic health record and ensure charts are in compliance • Other duties assigned or necessary to support the program and/or the company Recovery Requirements • Identify and build upon the strengths of clients, coworkers, and the communities we serve. • Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our clients. • Value learning as an ongoing process that enables us to better service our consumers and establishes our leadership in the industry • Research and utilize our industry’s best practices and analyze our own services to ensure the best possible outcomes • Technical and clinical monitoring of clinical staff & non-clinical staff • Participates and conducts performance appraisals, professional development and training • Works independently – supervised by the Program Director Education/Licensing Requirements • Master’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field, or Psy.D or PH.D in Psychology from an accredited college or university • Licensed as LCSW, MFT LPS, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist that is 2 years post licensure • Proof of: valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, as well as proof of education are required.

Skills
•Min 3 yrs of experience with Outpatient Mental Health &/or SUD treatment • Must have direct clinical, case management & group leadership experience, & knowledge of Recovery Model philosophy • Strong clinical, management, leadership and interpersonal skills
