Our STRTP program located in the beautiful mountain of Goleta provides a safe place for teens to focus on their mental health, addictions and independent living skills. Our youth have successfully transitioned to lower levels of care within 6-8 months.
Olive Crest is established on Biblical principles & values, Olive Crest seeks to make available the teachings of Judeo-Christian principles while respecting the religious background of everyone. Our values of Grace, Truth and Servanthood are translated into all of our programs and services. We believe incorporating a spiritual component is as important as mental health and provide opportunities for our youth to practice their religious beliefs.
We are looking for people awake, overnight staff who to provide a safe environment essential for the daily success of our youth. When the kids know they are safe and protected, they sleep better. When they have a good night of sleep, they are successful in school. Our overnight staff play an essential role in the successful transition of our clients into loving foster homes.

Skills
Qualifications include a High School Diploma, education in human services or related field and experience working with clients in an employment or volunteer capacity, clear criminal record, a valid CA driver's license and three-years' experience as a licensed driver.
