Reporting directly to the Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Section Manager, this Behavioral Health Clinical Informatics Analyst position will oversee all aspects of Electronic Health Records (EHR) projects requiring clinical subject-matter expertise, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities to clinical content developers and testers, and monitoring and summarizing the EHR project's progress. Some examples of tasks include mapping clinical workflows and business needs, developing and implementing end-user training plans, and developing logic models and specifications for data dashboard and data monitoring needs.
While this position will need to work independently, assign tasks to others, and will have some autonomy, they will be part of an implementation team that makes decisions on the planning, design, and implementation of EHR software applications. They will build and maintain working relationships with the Information Technology and Fiscal Project Leads and team members, vendors, and other Community-Based Organizations involved in the projects and coordinate the Change Governance process for clinical content and needs. This position will be expected to report regularly to Division and Departmental leadership on the status of the EHR.
