Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary (based on experience and license) + Full Time Benefits

Position Overview:
The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the administration and oversight of the Program, including the supervision of the program. The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the supervision of counseling staff, ensuring that all clinical and related administrative policies and procedures are fully implemented and followed, participating in the recruitment and hiring of clinical treatment staff, ensuring that staff meet all professional requirements and are practicing within those requirements and related guidelines, managing the peer review process and utilizing it to improve clinical practices, and provide direct services to clients.

Manages the day-to-day clinical operations through consistent communication with staff that is supportive of staff roles and responsibilities
Provides individual supervision of clinical staff that includes individualized performance improvement goals based on counselor performance and needs, documenting supervision via case consultation when involving client care directly in the clients electronic health/medical record, and in the employees supervision file when appropriate
Supports group case discussions with clinical staff to improve client outcomes
Provides required orientation and training, upon hire, for counselors, therapists, and support staff
Supervise and conduct client utilization reviews and medical necessity discussions with insurance payers
Supervise clinical team in the execution of their job descriptions and conduct annual performance evaluations
Provides supervision to counseling and therapy staff in a manner that ensures assessments, treatment plans, progress reporting, and transition planning is conducted according to clinical and accreditation standards
Document and maintain accurate and current client records in electronic healthcare software system
Complete intake assessments and other required documentation upon admission
Resource for Addiction Techs in performance of job duties related to client care
Conduct client reviews and current status with the clients treatment program
Support recruitment of competent and trained staff
Valid drivers license and able to assist with transporting clients
Work closely with all members of the team to assure positive working relationships
Must consistently demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain good public relations with families, referral agencies, and other community resources
