WJCS has an exciting opportunity to for a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D) with experience in substance use and mental health to serve as the coordinator for our integrated co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment program, including Encompass and CRAFT, and possibly our Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Program.
The position is 12 months per year, full time at 35-hours per week with benefits. Under the general supervision of the Clinic Director at their specific site with support from the Director of Innovation, Integration, and Community Partnership, the Program Coordinator is responsible for responding to inquiries about these services from prospective clients and their families as well as hospitals and other services providers, facilitating clients getting connected with our admitting team, assigning clients to treating clinicians, ensuring client enrollment and disenrollment for their respective programs, attending team meetings, providing adjunctive service specific supervision to staff across programs, assuring program capacity and responsiveness to the community, providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients across the above programs, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must possess a LCSW or Ph.D. from an accredited university/college, with at least three years clinical experience working with clients and their families around substance use and mental health concerns. Preferred experience includes at least two years administrative and/or supervisory experience and experience with public speaking.
