Description
• Provide clinical supervision and set performance standards for clinical staff in accordance with agency standards and BBS best practices. • Oversight of clinical staff to ensure adherence to all County, State and local laws regarding the delivery of Mental Health Services • Direct and evaluate clinical staff, the accuracy and completeness of documentation and chart notes. • Strong leadership and management skills • Indebt knowledge and understanding of Medi-cal contract requirements and billing • Ensure that all clients charts are current and in compliance with County, State and Local laws • Conducting accurate assessments at intake and developing a good working relationship with clients • Demonstrate an understanding of TRAUMA INFORMED, PERSON CENTERED service delivery • Ability to accurately diagnose clients • Must be willing to work objectively with targeted population • Devising long and short-term treatment plans based on intake assessments • Monitoring treatment plans and behavioral health service delivery. • Collaborate with other members of the professional team to develop plans that will assist our clients through therapies and treatment goals that will enable them to transition into a family home setting • Participate in case review and case management as well as CFT team meetings, • Conduct individual, family and group therapy sessions • Keep documentation that is complete, accurate and current • Prepare case reports that will be presented to juvenile court • Adhere to strict confidentiality policies • Possesses good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel & power point) • Intervene in emergency crisis situations and facilitate resolutions to problems • Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement • Good problem-solving skills when dealing with administrative issues and conflict • Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices • Intervene in emergency crisis situation and facilitate resolution to problems • Maintain an ethical practice, demonstrate strong client relationship and interpersonal skills • Recognize diversity, individual differences and cultural competency in clinical practice • Must be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work • Adopt a systematic approach to ensure that all staff consistently embrace positive client develop practices • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholder • Advocate on behalf of the program, clients, and staff at Father’s Heart Ranch • Understand and adhere to the Mission and Vision of Father’s Heart Ranch • Delegate work assignments, give authority to work independently, set expectations and monitor work activities of the mental health staff. • Experience with at risk youth is a plus

Skills
MSW preferred. Master’s MS, PsyD, or PhD in Psychology or Behavioral Health Current CA State licensing required, proof of completion of coursework required to supervise BBS-registered MFT/LPCC registered intern A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Understanding of CCR & STRTP operating standards and Core Services & Support requirements Experience with Medi-Cal billing including possessing or the ability to obtain an NPI number
