Description
Join the Housing Authority and make a difference! The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino was organized in 1941 and to date is the largest provider of affordable housing in the County. We are currently looking for a HOUSING SERVICES SPECIALIST who will be responsible for performing a variety of duties pertaining to the occupancy and eligibility of Housing Services Programs. Job Duties
Determines eligibility of program participants including eligibility for continuing participation. Prepares/reviews leases and documentation involved in the eligibility and rental process. Prepares and conducts interim and bi-annual re-evaluations. Briefs prospective applicants, participants/residents, landlords for the various programs.

Skills
Housing Services Specialist – High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred. Equivalent of three (3) years directly related experience preferably in a housing organization or social service agency. Must have valid CA drivers license with clean driving record in order to be insured through Housing Authority's vehicle insurance carrier on a continuing basis.

Notes
Salary: $22.27 - $27.83 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Regular Full time position: 9/80 work schedule
