Description
Join the Housing Authority and make a difference! The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino was organized in 1941 and to date is the largest provider of affordable housing in the County. We are currently looking for an HOUSING SERVICES SPECIALIST FLOATER who will be responsible for performing a variety of duties pertaining to the occupancy and eligibility of Housing Services Programs. This position is a floating position and will work out of San Bernardino, Upland, and Victorville. Work location will vary depending on department needs. Job Duties
Determines eligibility of program participants including eligibility for continuing participation. Prepares/reviews leases and documentation involved in the eligibility and rental process. Prepares and conducts interim and bi-annual re-evaluations. Briefs prospective applicants, participants/residents, landlords for the various programs.

Skills
High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred. Equivalent of three (3) years directly related experience preferably in a housing organization or social service agency. Must be willing to work out of our San Bernardino, Upland, and Victorville offices.

Notes
Salary: $22.27 - $27.83 Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Regular Full time position: 9/80 work schedule
